At the center of our family team is David Lambe, a top-producing Realtor and Broker known for his local market knowledge, creative solutions, and commitment to doing things the right way. Alongside him is Mandy Lambe, whose two decades of leadership, customer service experience, and hands-on involvement in hundreds of real estate transactions make her the operational heart of the group. Together, David and Mandy coach and mentor more than 100 agents across the region—pouring into others the same way they serve their clients.

With Mandy’s marketing degree and Reese, our daughter, following in her footsteps, we like to say that “marketing runs in the family.” And it’s true. From branding to advertising, our team brings a multi-generational approach to storytelling and showcasing homes.

Our son Bryce, currently an intern and preparing to join full-time in spring 2026, has grown up in the business right alongside Reese. From tagging along at open houses, to walking through renovation projects, to listening to thousands of real estate conversations over the years—they may be young, but they are far from rookies.

Because we are so particular about our standards, service level, and brand, we knew adding someone to our family business would require a rare combination of work ethic, integrity, and heart. Only one person came to mind.
Enter Marcus Eagan. Marcus has spent over two decades in high-level customer service, with a reputation for unmatched professionalism and genuine care for people. His work ethic mirrors our own: do what’s best for the client, every single time. Marcus was the only person who fit what we believe in—and choosing him felt like adding another member to the family.
